Our highly skilled machinists combined with our available resources allow MWI to machine graphite to the most demanding specifications and exacting tolerances. MWI's flexibility allows us to cater to both large and small-scale production needs as well as Research & Development requirements.

MWI utilizes the most advanced CAD/CAM systems in the market. Our program engineers are capable of transferring almost all files including IGES, SAT, DXF and DWG. We can manage the most complex surfaces and apply accurate, verified tool paths.

MWI's high speed CNC milling and turning combined with our multi-axis machining capability shorten run-times, improve surface finish without sacrificing tolerance and accuracy.

Our strategic investment plan has yielded equipment capable of sawing, turning, grinding and milling the largest graphite cross-sections available in the marketplace today.

MWI provides Super Graphite Purification down to 2 PPM. Standard procedures require that each furnace run have coupons tested for individual trace elements.
